The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style. Awesome airplane theme throughout the room and hotel. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of one of the main streets in Barcelona.

We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier.
