  The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro. It is quiet, has good service, excellent breakfast... vad folk säger » and a large garage.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning and they booked a taxi for us and made sure it was on time. We greatly appreciated that since we don't speak any Spanish. - the apartment was well equipt

  Location was convenient for our purposes. Parking in the underground area turned out actually to be convenient for car access since it was a simple elevator ride from our floor to the car. The reception staff were friendly and knew enough English to help us. Comfortable.   mkt trevligt hotel,vackra rum, ganska lugnt läge - Relaxing after a busy trip and its proximity to airport - The feeling of being in a mansion in the middle of Madrid.
