  Our stay at the suite was very brief. The roomy suite was very clean. The front desk help was very professional and courteous. The taxi service was extremely fast / prompt on the day of our departure. I thought the bathroom facilities were extremely attractive and nice. - Very nice hotel, the size of the suite rooms is great.   Det var en mycket trevlig upplevelse att bo på detta fantastiska hotell! Mycket bra service och en unik upplevelse på många sätt. Jag har redan rekommenderat hotellet till flera bekanta och hoppas att jag blir gäst där snart igen. Det finns ju 11 våningar till att uppleva! - bra läge,nära tunnelbana

  Good location, cleanliness of room, pleasant helpful staff. I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities. - A place I find a solace, specially in the attic rooms on the 5th floor.
