  We stayed one night in room 226 above the garden dining area. The room is very romantic and quiet once the hotel staff stopped work in the evening. The best part was the fact that this hotel & the Paramor next door are the only hotels within the walls of the Alhambra... Quite unique! Just go next door to eat & drink as there is nowhere else to go when the sun finally does go do - Perfect location for those visiting the Alhambra and willing to see the neighbooring Albayzín and Sacromonte. I could be at the Nazarín Palaces in less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to accomodate my needs. Beautiful building, a wonderful terrace as a summer restaurant, very pleasant even at the peak heat of the day.

  The location must be one of the most culturally interesting in Europe. The Parador itself has been renovated to the highest possible standard, has a small number of rooms and is extremely exclusive. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had. We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts. We'll go back again at this time of year. The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.

  Really well located for what we needed, you can't park nearby but for us it was not an issue. Everything you might need to self cater was there. Great place for a comfortable inexpensive stay. - Comfortable and close to everything you what to see. Alhambra, Flaminco, Tapas, Markets. Very Enjoyable.

  Very Good location. It was very new flat. I felt like I stayed at my home. It was very clean. No need to carry any keys. Main door and your room doors can be passed by your own password only, without any key. You can drink water directly from kitchen sink. No need to buy any water for drinking.

  The location was excellent especially since it wasn't accessible by car - just a short walk from Parque Neuve where the taxi left us. We were in the old city area at the foot of the Alhambra. Lots of nightlife nearby if you wanted it but quiet in the apartment itself.   Loved my stay. The 'studio' apartment was really generous inside, with a comfy bed and good bathroom area. The windows were surrounded by vines, and it looked out over the patio towards the Albaycin. Gorgeous! I ended up having the whole bottom patio to myself - spacious and really pleasant to sit on both morning and evening. The climb up the steps from the square was no problem especially as Betty met us at the square and helped us with our luggage. Loved the space and the comfort of the apartment, which also allowed us to self cater. Betty our host was bubbly, and had lots of good advice. We loved our stay and would recommend it.

  We stayed as part of a road trip around Andalucia. This was the final hotel on the stay. We had come to Granada expressly to visit the Alhambra Palace. This hotel was perfectly positioned. We could walk to the Alhambra (15 minutes) plus were close to the Arab quarter. Our room felt modern, contemprary, the bed was comfy. the HD TV wasn't used. The... vad folk säger » staff could not have been more helpful, helping us sort out entry tickets for the Alhambra, making coffee, sorting wifi. The hotel rooms are accessed - The place was beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff was friendly and helpful every day. Although the hotel is right on Carrero del Darro, which has a busy nightlife, you still feel tranquility in the common areas and hotel rooms - windows are excellently soundproofed. The breakfast buffet for 7 euros is cheaper in comparison to other hotels, which have charged closer to 16 euros.

  Sergio was the most lovely, welcoming landlord we have ever met. We stayed in a private ensuite room and it was just perfect. Our room was spotlessly clean and got tidied everyday. Great pride is clearly taken on making the hostel presentable as even the communal areas are pristine. Thank you Sergio for an amazing stay, we will - The location of Hostal Venezia was amazing, only 50m from the lower gate of the Allhumbra, right in the centre of the city. The landlord was the most helpful man, actually coming on foot to find us when we were lost to guide us to the hostal. He also organised our parking for only 10 euro only 20m up the street from the hostal. While the hostal rooms were simple they were spotlessly clean with comfy beds and crisp fresh linen.The free Wi-Fi was very welcome.For a family of 5 adults on a budget
