  This place was amazing. We booked to stay in a studio which we thought was to good to be true at the advertised price, at check in we received an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment at no extra cost. We had the opportunity to go for a long weekend in Seville, at rather short notice, and with a child under 5, we really needed a suite rather than a hotel room.   The apartments are great – clean, quiet and cosy with a fridge, a cook and utensils (no washing machine though). The staff at the reception (which is not 24 hours) spoke excellent English and communication was easy. The man at the reception who registered us was really helpful and kind. We were travelling with our touring bicycles – the man helped... vad folk säger » us with the luggage and the bicycles to get them into the room (there is a lift which is great!). There was no problem to keep the bicycles in the ap - The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

  Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the major sites and the Guadalquivir. Near to the Plaza de Armas for the airport bus. Well equipped recently tastefully renovated.. Opposite is a Corte Ingles (with an excellent supermarket), a multistory carpark and numerous bars and restaurants. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Miranda. Having spent 5 nights there, we would highly recommend it and would wish to stay the - Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well. Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center. The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.
