The staff is most kind and helpful, speakes English and some other languages (e.g. Polish), you could contact them by phone or e-mail (free Wi-Fi) so the help is "one call away".   BcnStop is a centrally located decent compact accomodation probably less than 10 minutes walk down to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The neighbourhood is rather safe and pleasant. That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems. Wasn't bothered about it. Ok maybe some more - perfectly located cheap hotel with underground garage in the centre of Barcelona and only 700? meters from sagrada Familia, lot´s of shops, restaurants and bars next to the hotel.

  Location; approx 100 paces from the apartment block door to the main Metro entrance and only 40 paces to the Metro lift. Then only 10 minutes or so to La Ramblas. Excellent! Would th - Very spacious and clean apartment and super close to a metro station. Susan was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggages in the apartment after check-out time. Make sure you check your emails a couple of days before your check-in date, coz they will send you an email giving you the code to enter the building and the instruction of how to get the keys.

  Susan is possibly the nicest woman in Barcelona. She was very kind and made sure our stay was perfect. When I informed her that my shorts that had the extra set of keys was stolen at the beach, she was very understanding and told me that there would be no extra charge.   Lovely and warm welcoming of the lady (I am sorry I didn't ask her name) from the Happy People headquarters. She spent more than 30 minutes making sure we gonna enjoy to the fullest our stay in Barcelona...she is very knowledgable and it was a pleasure listening to her.   Great apartment in a very convenient location. We stayed in the penthouse/terrace and found it to be very modern and nicely fitted out, the furniture was also very comfortable and it was very clean. Our son stayed on the sofa bed - it was huge and of very good quality. It felt as though it was a proper bed. Very thorough instructions to help with ... vad folk säger » the use of appliances. The bedroom was spacious. Great to have a combined washer/dryer and the motorised window shutters to block out the early morni - The location of the apartment is great. The metro station of sant pay/ dos de maige is just across the street. The apartment is also near the gaudi avenue which is technically close to the sagrada familia. The building is also near various restaurants, and groceries that give guests a lot of choices for their meals. The receptionist who greeted us was so kind. She explained to us the apartment thoroughly and introduced the vicinity to us, pointing out the various tourist location in the area.

  We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.
