  The staff very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We stayed on a 3 night package,goin mid week which was a fantastic deal at 186 euros, but did not take the option of a breakfast. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral. Sometimes it was hard to catch a taxi from the street near hotel.   Dailyflats Avenue is great. We were there for 8 nights. - Location: Only two blocks away from Sagrada Familia (The top of one tower is visible from the balcony.) 15 minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia station (trains to Girona and Tarragona) - Equipment: Aircondition, Ceramic Glass Cooktop, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Tableware, Fridge,... vad folk säger » Washing Machine, Iron + Board, Free fast WiFi ... everything new and in very good condition - Cleanliness: The appartment was clean when we arrived. - The location is very good, the apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The internet has always worked well. The staff were always very helpful, friendly and attentive. On the day we arrived to check in early and stored in the bags at the site where they will get the key. Recommend this apartment.

  A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. - Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.

  It was a great experience to stay in a house with Sagrada Familia view :) Very good located home with a good decoration and clean rooms. The metro station, bus stops is very close. You can walk to the Park Guell (it takes nearly 30 minutes), also you can find various transportation from the main street in front of the Sagrada Familia (it is nea... vad folk säger » rly 5 minutes away from home). Beautiful, new, clean. 3 bedrooms - one room had a double bed with a bathroom; one room had a double bed and one room had two twins. There was also a furnished kitchen, dining room table, couch and tv. Very comfortable for a family or group of friends. The price was fantastic and internet was included for 1 euro a day. Highly recommend.

  Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... vad folk säger » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted.
