  My wife and I stayed in this new small Hotel (six rooms) last week and loved it. Staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. We really felt better then home, the place has got a fantastic decor (just renovsted) and they had lot of attention to every detail and to our needs. Mirly and his team made us feel really welcome in this beautiful small Hotel, decorated with great taste and in a perfect location. We stayed in room 2 which was large and comfortable, (nice balcony) and prepared with a wonderful attention to detail. The bathroom was spacious, with two sinks, impeccably clean and decorated.   It's a small guesthouse inside a building with private apartments. Perfect location- close to the beach and to the central street La Rambla. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with original features. Felt like we were getting the true experience of Catalan culture. The location was excellent, situated right in the center of Barcelona, in the Las Ramblas area and by the Marina and beach.

  I felt very comfortable during my two days at Julian's. I just needed a bed and a shower so I booked the single room. Small but nice. Everything was new and clean. The metro station is right outside the door so you can get very quickly to the city center. And remember no matter where in Barcelona, ​​the apartments have thin walls so that it can be a bit noisy. Overall, a great place - I stayed at 'Julian's rooms' during my four-day visit in Barcelona. This B&B is an excellent value for money with it's convenient location, lovely and spotless rooms with clean and comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, perfectly clean bathrooms and reliable, high speed Internet access. 5 min walk away from Metro line #1, 3-4 stops from the centre of Barcelona.
