My rented apartment was in Nil Fabia street 15, apartment for 5
people. The facilities were perfect. In kitchen we can find everything
that we needed.And apartment was 5 minute walk from metro station

Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. They were able to offer good advice on enjoying the tourist experience including a simple way to obtain advance tickets to the main tourist attractions (for which I would definitely recommend advance booking unless you like standing in queues). Alex welcomed us like family and was extremely helpfull. He escorted me and my family up to the apartment. Once we were in, he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how to operate the air condition and heat. He also gave us a map and showed us where all of the main sites were and how to get there.

Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone. I'd like to come back this place asap! -

Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. Combination washer/dryer came in very handy.Full kitchen allowed us to bring in dinner on nights we were tired from sightseeing.

hair dryer and fantastic furniture. Spotless on arrival and in a great
