The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.

Everything. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. Quiet place if no sport matches take place on the stadium near by. The interior was very nice, cleaners cleaned every morning and it looked fresh every time we came back from the beach. Trevlig personal - The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. It was in an excellent location to the marina and also very easy to travel into city centre. The staff were very professional. The apartment was well-equiped (microwave coffee maker), rooms were comfortable. The balcon is very big.

It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is also very cheap. It has leather dining chairs, sofa, flat tv, fully equipped kitchen, etc.

I like everything about this place. It was like home away from home. If
u r thinking of coming to Barcelona, make sure u use this apartment.
Everything u need is there and not far from the city centre with metro
just few mins away. No staff around and its quiet but ideal for privacy.
Not bad the price but it worth every penny paid for. Choice of
supermarkets around and am sure you cant make mistakes using this
apartment for whatever reason you r in barcelona for.

For a family with young children, the set-up was perfect: children in their own room with bunk beds, parents in a separate double room downstairs. There was a very comfortable lounge, and all necessary facilities for self-catering. The location was amazing, and the arrangements for meeting up with staff worked very smoothly. Great!

Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -
