We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. The apartment was great for a group of 6 people (2 couples and 2 friends). It was situated perfectly for shopping and eating.
