  Egentligen det mesta men framförallt att hotellet låg så centralt. Bra att frukostbuffé erbjuds på hotellet så att man slipper gå ut och leta café första dagen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal (om än på knackig engelska!). Mycket fräscht och rent! - bra och rent hotell, trevligt poolområde

  The Ciutat Vella was perfect, The staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially like the fact that they have a fridge full of bottled water in reception and you can just help yourself, There is free internet and you can print off anything you require free of charge. Very friendly staff. Free wireless Internet access; where low signal, hotel staff provides a network cable, there is an Ethernet outlet in each room.   The location is nice if you use buses to reach near places like the Ramblas & Plaça Catalunya and the metro station to reach the far places as it is a little bit far 10-15 minutes walking to Hospital Clinic or Universtat stations and you will change Lines.   Excellent location close to the city center and major attractions, about 20 minutes of walking to Placa de Catalunya or 3 minutes by metro ( red line metro station Marina is close by). Very attentive and friendly staff, helps with all the major questions.
