  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style.   The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city.
