  I stayed at this hotel for almost a month. The staff is excellent...very courteous and helpful. The rooms and other common areas are maintained in excellent and clean condition. I would love to stay here again in the future. - service and privacy

  Det var en mycket trevlig upplevelse att bo på detta fantastiska hotell! Mycket bra service och en unik upplevelse på många sätt.   It was unbelievable service, the stuff can solve absolutely any question, they are very attentive and charming. Really the best hotel I ever been! - Great service, Extremely helpful staff. You have all you need to relax and feel comfortable. Silence in the room. Impressive design.

  Good location, cleanliness of room, pleasant helpful staff. I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities. - A place I find a solace, specially in the attic rooms on the 5th floor.
