The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning and they booked a taxi for us and made sure it was on time. We greatly appreciated that since we don't speak any Spanish. - the apartment was well equipt

The hotel is in a convenient location for visits to museums, and it is in a less touristy area of Madrid. Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

The location to all the places i wanted to go was very central - The room was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly, I would go there again. It was well situated, a few streets up there is a good shopping street (Madrid version of Camden).

Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like being at home rather then a privat mini hotel (especially after four days). The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh towels (to my very own surpise). Hostal Hispano takes WiFi seriously! It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.

location is more than perfect in the middle of the very live street in Madrid. you can just go down and you will see people still going walking everywhere even at 2:00pm. Staff were friendly and you can leave your luggage there after checking out. Internet is very fast and stable. room was really clean but somehow small. -

The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. -
Amazing location, friendly staff who provided any assistance required regarding directions etc. Basic but comfortable room.
