  The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro.   The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. - Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure

  I loved there! You are really in the center of Madrid so no need to buy any tickets for train or so. Near all the biggest madrid atracctions and Chueca if you are gay :-).   The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.
