There appeared to be a citchen with electric oven and a fridge, and plates and cups. No microwave, no fry or stew pan, though. Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it. I found four toffees waiting for me on the bedside table upon arrival, something I wouldn´t expect from a budget hotel
My room at the back was quiet with individual air conditioning.

Very helpful staff (all of them speak English, which is not always the case in Spain), clean rooms, just a few metres away from the main square (Plaza Mayor). Good breakfast and cooking facilities to make your own meals if you want to.

The location was perfect, just off plaza Mayor. The rooms were very clean and newly refurbished. Value for money was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone! - Very friendly, polite and helpful staff, excellently situtated, clean rooms breakfast service excellent (although the breakfast itself could be more substantial)

We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. There was a mini-fridge that neither we came to use and a system for listening to ipod. Even the fact that the bathroom is shared not constitute any inconvenience. And for another 5 euros /

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay with them. Everything

The staff were exceedingly helpful with helping us find parking and our way around the city - with lots of personal recomendations thrown in!
We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price.
I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.

A great place for a stopover or spend a couple days to explore beautiful Salamanca. -
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking into the old town. Good value for money. It didn't look much from the outside, but inside it was clean and comfortable. You had to go the third floor to reach the hotel, but there was a lift. It was easy to park close by, if you were willing to get up in the morning and feed the machine at 9 o'clock.

Great location on a quiet street, walking distance to the old town and also a street of tapas where the locals go.
Rooms are nice and clean, decent enough size, WiFi worked fine without issues.
The couple who run the hotel are extremely helpful, as well as being very enthusiastic about Salamanca and its history.
