  Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing.   Great friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do.   Location can not be beat. On nice Beach. Room was lean and e erything worked well. Pub downstairs was lively but never had issue with noise in room. - Located on beach front, nice bar with pool table and darts. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with wifi. Very close to tram stop.

  The hotel was in a great location for us as we were meeting some people from a cruise ship who had docked there. Also, it was then easy to get into the centre by public transport. We were also, near the beach area were there was plenty of bars and restaurants to finish the day off.
