  It was close to the metro and the IFEMA Convention Center where I was attending a meeting. The staff were friendly and the price very good compared to other options available in Madrid. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has similar requirements as I did. - Excellent and most helpful staff at all levels.   Family managed and run delightful, helpful and friendly place to break one's journey ... As a gay couple with our new born premature babies, we were looked after wonderfully. The shuttle bus turned up as promised and returned us the short journey to Madrid Airport. A small fold away baby bed with lovely bedding was provided immediately. Just a few minutes walk to the town square, where we ate in the evening, made some baby item purchases, on our arrival. - If you are stopping over in Madrid, this is the place to stay. A brilliant place in what is a quaint, quiet little village, but literally 15 minutes to your terminal for flights. You are picked up in a mini bus, and dropped back in time for your flight. Efficient, clean, and well appointed. One of the few places we found that had a fridge. Considering how close you are to the airport it is very quiet. Having double glazing ensures a quiet location.

  Gratis transport till och från Barajas. - The hotel is 5 minutes by car to the Madrid airport. The hotel has a free shuttle service. When you call the hotel on arrival, they promptly come to pick you up. We stayed here for just one night as we had to catch an early morning plane. This hotel was ideal for this purpose. The hotel rooms are very nice.... vad folk säger » They stock up complimentary soft drinks in the room mini bar which is a nice touch. - Very helpful staff, great location, lots of restaurants, bars, cash points within a minute or so's walk. Coffee and pre-packed cakes / pastries available free while we waited for the free shuttle bus. Room clean and comfortable. Can't say anything negative about our stay, we only stayed there on our last night in Madrid as had very early flight in the morning, we would stay again.

  Very close to the airport - walk 15 minutes to Terminal 2. Also 15 minute walk to Barajas Metro station (the stop between T4 and T1-2-3) which would save the Metro airport surcharge.   Nice staff. Hotel in a residential neighborhood near the Madrid airport so not many tourist attractions but gave you a feel for non tourist city life. Metro stop Barajas near by but the streets aren't marked well so it was a bit tough to find by walking from the Metro.   Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangel... vad folk säger » ico for $12 which is much more in the states. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

  This hotel was about two blocks from the Brajas metro on line 8. We chose the hotel, because we were flying in late. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood, found several restaurant/cafe/bars open late in the night, and were satisfied with the quality of the room we recieved. We have a problem with taxi services in Madrid because they don't want to take you to barajas because is near, and we took the Metro and walk to the hotel with several baggages, but no problem at all.
