The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.

  We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day.   It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel.   The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  We stayed one night in room 226 above the garden dining area. The room is very romantic and quiet once the hotel staff stopped work in the evening. The best part was the fact that this hotel & the Paramor next door are the only hotels within the walls of the Alhambra... Quite unique! Just go next door to eat & drink as there is nowhere else to go when the sun finally does go do - Perfect location for those visiting the Alhambra and willing to see the neighbooring Albayzín and Sacromonte. I could be at the Nazarín Palaces in less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to accomodate my needs. Beautiful building, a wonderful terrace as a summer restaurant, very pleasant even at the peak heat of the day.
