  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent. We arrived during Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. Hotel in general is picture worthy and the rooms are great. They even leave the room with tea and coffee, milk and drinks etc which - Have great view of Alhambra. Needs a little uphill walk, but walking is historical district is very nice. Rooms have small snacks, kitchen facilities, which was a plus. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

  We loved our time at Gran via 44, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the suite itself was top class, clean and beautiful, heaps of room for the whole family, they helped us with parking also which was excellent. Nice toiletries, fancy toilet, and good shower. Great full kitchen with microwave and basic dishes,etc. Comfortable beds and best pillows. Heated towel bar! Good location and easy cab ride to Alhambra or walk to restaurants and shopping. Safe area on busy street. We were able to store our luggage until our train to Seville. 2 bedroom good for families.

  What a place!!! And what a hotel!!! The room we stayed was perfect. The interior design was outstanding and had a small terrace with a breathtaking view to Alhambra.   The location on the Darro Ruver in Granada is excellent. Fairly flat & easy to move your luggage from Plaza/ taxis to the hotel. Great location for catching bus to the Alhambra; great neighborhood for restaurants and exploring the Albayzin, etc. best feature of the hotel was the 2 hour social sherry hour everyday in the Library. The dining room is small but pretty offering a nice selection at breakfast.

Where you are able to catch bus directly to al hambra and also to sacramonte its located on a street with many halal restaurants and a supermarket.   We stayed as part of a road trip around Andalucia. This was the final hotel on the stay. We had come to Granada expressly to visit the Alhambra Palace. This hotel was perfectly positioned. We could walk to the Alhambra (15 minutes) plus were close to the Arab quarter. Our room felt modern, contemprary, the bed was comfy. the HD TV wasn't used. The hotel rooms are accessed - The place was beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff was friendly and helpful every day. Although the hotel is right on Carrero del Darro, which has a busy nightlife, you still feel tranquility in the common areas and hotel rooms - windows are excellently soundproofed. The breakfast buffet for 7 euros is cheaper in comparison to other hotels, which have charged closer to 16 euros.

  The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcomed us warmly to the hotel, we had a fantastic breakfast laid out for us each day with good strong coffee and home made treats! Our room was very clean, quiet and relaxing, we had access to the rooftop terrace which was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings.
