  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... vad folk säger » cious and clean. The hotel is located in the nicest part of Benidorm. Near the old town and Basque area and less than five minutes from the beach.
