  Everything was spotless, food good and plentiful, close to the beach - staff very friendly and helpful, room comfy would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in room.

  We were on 27th floor lovely view of the sea. At night lovely views of the lights of benidorm. Modern apartments with all facilities really comfortable. Reception very helpful. Everywhere spotless.   Good choice at breakfast and dinner. Pleasant bar with entertainment andreasonable drink prices. Quiet location but near to town centre. - Everything. Room was lovely, staff were excellent and the food was nice. Would stay there again its an excellent **** hotel.

  great location for old town beach and night life, accomodation basic the towels and bedding changed as stated when booking .The staff were all spanish but had no problem when booking in and out when we had a small problem with shower hose they sorted it out without fuss and were very helpfull.already booked this accomodation again for april 2014 ... vad folk säger » . - Nice size appartment, towels changed as promised, helpful staff.   I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

  Very good facilities in apartment. I emailed before hand and asked for high floor. Was allocated a huge corner apartment with a massive wrap around balcony and a view to die for. It was spotless and very comfortable. Air con units in bedroom and living area that were quite and effecient at no extra charge. - The location was fabulous, only a shor... vad folk säger » t stroll (2 minutes) to the old town. The rooms were light and airy and there was a gooid sized balcony which gave spectacular views over the beach and promenade. The beds were lovely and firm so we had a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

  Good Location and nice sea views. Pool area although small was nice. - The view from the room and the location of the hotel is very nice. It´s a real pity the hotel´s attitude and the rooms spoil everything.

  This is the second time i have stayed here and have found really pleasant and it is away from all the noise that some places that i have stayed. - It ended up £13 for 2 nights stay each (for four of us staying).

  I found the staff very good and the hotel whist a little old I thought was excelent value for money - its near shops and the beach etc also the police station close to hand if needed
