The staff were very friendly and helpful.A bit awkward to find as it is inside a passage,however the locals were very friendly, you only had to take a map out of your bag and someone would come to help you find your way.We had one local man who actually walked with us 5 minutes to the hotel. lovely people. - Good location

The receptionist, a Polish girl, was friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. She even helped us carry some of our baggage up to the apartment. We only use it as an overnight stop but, were both very pleased with it. -
