  Excellent for family's and couples, could not fault this place. The owner was friendly and helpful and it was exactly what we wanted, an escape away from our busy hectic schedules. Having a swim then a bbq every night playing cards and just chilling.   We just had a night-over in Santa Cruz and found the hotel perfect situated in relation to the bus-station and the city. Reception was very friendly and the room comfortable, quiet and clean. - Very stylish hotel with friendly helpful staff. Arrangement of the floors reminded me of medieval tower, quite a unique for a hotel.

  Staff very helpful, i am in the city alone as my husband in the local hospital and they were really great. I booked and extra night as was unsure if the hospital could find me a room. They found me somewhere at 4 in the afternoon and the hotel let me cancel the extra night with no charge.
