Excellent I feel is a very rate for this hotel. However I would certainly rate it higher than average. A rate of 4.5 I feel would be a more accurate rate. I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The bacon and egg breakfast I had is one of the tastiest breakfasts I have eaten in a long time. -

After walking 152km on the Camino Del Santiago seeing the Seminario is a joy. You get off your feet and enjoy the shelter. Warm showers, clean dunnies. Near supermarkets, scenic in its own right. -
It is perfect alberge for the pilgrims. It was peaceful, clean and it has a little shop.

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. -

Location is very centralized, close to the Cathedral. It is minimalist
and chic. But what is impressive is the super friendly staff. The
evening staff at the reception, called Maria, is especially helpful,
friendly and made us feel very welcome with all the tips re Santiago.

The hotel was faboulous, small and cosy, the receptionist was extremelly helpful and funny. She direct us to the resturant and make our stay special. If we ever come back to Santiago we will stay again at the hotel. It is a real boutique hotel, attentif to detail as very nice design testful with a touch of past showing here and there.
