  The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My Spanish is very limited but they always took the time to make sure I understood how things worked there. Excellent food&wine in the restaurant, overall great service. The hotel internet service worked very well, always a plus! - Very nice room with air con, small fridge, ... vad folk säger » tv, nice bathroom. I was able to park front of hotel. 2 small dogs with me were free of charge. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. About 10 mins drive to ferry.

  The property is beautiful, the staff were hospitable, friendly, helpful and downright adorable. Santander is in a part of Spain that does not speak English, and being the only one of 3 that speaks high-school spanish, ie, not much, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we knew where we were going and what to do.   We visited there out of the season (end of October). Very very beautiful place with great service. Because of the time, we where alone in the hotel and we had the whole hotel for ourselves. What a place! - The owner was fabulous. Genuinely concerned about us and our stay. Recommended a wonderful hike to see some amazing seascape and off the road... vad folk säger » beaches.   Hotel is in a nice location. Rooms are comfortable, and have some free drinks in the mini-bar, also a patio area. Hotel has a pool... which will keep some (not all - see negative comment) people happy. Restaurant quality is very good (apart from desserts) and head-waiter speaks very good English. Staff are all friendly. Park on the road / car park... vad folk säger » outside, don't pay for hotel car park. For beaches, there are two great & quiet beaches accessible from nearby Miengo. - Everything - lovely hotel lovely position overlooking the estuary. Spa and pool lovely and the restaurant was very very good. We had lobster one night and it was superb

  Lovely pool. Cafeteria was a good place for a drink or snack - Friendly helpful staff. The Hotel had occupancy for a family of four.
