Staff very helpful. Our dog had an accident and they were very kind - the staff were very helpful and polite making us very welcome. The fact we had a dog who was made just as welcome and allowed in the room was really great. I will use this hotel again.

The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My Spanish is very limited but they always took the time to make sure I understood how things worked there. Excellent food&wine in the restaurant, overall great service. The hotel internet service worked very well, always a plus! -

The pool and spa area were very nice. The water in the hot tubs was not hot by American standards, and neither was the Sauna, but the aquamassage and facilities were very nice nevertheless. -

It is brand new and very modern. All grey tiles, white walls and chrome.
It was a perfect stopover to and from the Ferry. The room was large,
with walk in shower which indicated if the water was coming out hot or
cold! There was a large worktop for laptops with plenty sockets and
varied lighting. You could not hear any noise from the road.
