  The hotel was just as expected and being fairly new was in good shape. The staff were excellent, far better than some 4 to 5 star hotels we have stayed in.   Handy to Malaga but hard to find.....a lovely Spanish girl at a service station rescued us. Not a fan of Torremolinos but were on our way to Casares and late flight into Malaga.   The Balmoral was one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. We had a room with a lovely balcony and great sea,mountain and pool views. With the addition of tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and ironing facilities this would be a 3 or indeed a4 star hotel.
