Very nice place to stay in a beautiful quiet area. Nice owners, very friendly and always willing to help you despite communication was limited as the owners speak limited English but we knew this upfront (other references of visitors)!
Food (dinner) is surprising good, very good price-quality!!

Unfortunately the pool was a little bit cold at this time of the year so we did spend a lot of time in the nice garden.

It's set in beautiful surroundings, peaceful and quiet. The owners/ staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly beyond believe, you are completely taken care of whatever you need and whenever, it's no problem ... with a big smile. Now we've been there twice and we are in love with the place. The kids had lots of space to play and many things to do while we could lounge and kick back. We'll definitely go there again.

Everything! I liked everything starting with the magnificent garden so tastefully and elegantly illuminated during my late evening arrival -- near midnight with the reception desk still open. Excellent location for use as a touring base. Well placed in the centre
of the town. Welcoming and helpful staff who helped us to alternative
accommodation when we asked for a change of room from the old building
to the modernised wing. Very good breakfast and nice dining room.

The hotel is situated just across the river from the old town, and close to monuments, cultural facilities and shops. We were waiting for a package to be delivered and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make sure it arrived safely even offered to call the delivery company, without us even asking them for help. We were very impressed with them. The restaurant attached was very nice and really reasonably priced, we ate there both nights of our stay.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, in particular Maja, who helped us when we needed to visit the local hospital.
The room was lovely and the bed was huge! Everything we wanted to see in the old town was within walking distance.
We had a very relaxing time walking around the narrow streets amongst the beautiful old build

Everything! Location was unbeatable and contrary to many old town centres, the taxi could take us right to the door. The staff was helpful, all receptionists were like Concierges: they recommended sites, restaurants. The room had all the latest amenities and comforts but the bonus was beautiful decor in and out of room and wonderful smell everywhere. Will go back!
