  Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday.   Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

  Apartment size room with separate living room and with exceptional views. Went halfboard and food was fantastic -numerous selection to choose from for both breakfast and dinner. Nice warm indoor pool. We paid 103 euros for two people /night during half term for half board and found this was exceptional value. Easy access to airport, shopping distr... vad folk säger » ict a short walk away and cycling and nice seaside walks outside the hotel. - We liked the fact that it was in a central location, close to many shops and local restaurants. The beds were amazing and had many great night sleeps. We also got upgraded to suites which was fantastic with nice views of the beach. The spa was also very much enjoyable. Linda in reception was fantastic and very helpful. Shame she wasn't around when we left. Excellent member of staff.

  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street.   Loved the location- right beside restaurants, shops and close to the old town. the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.
