  We arrived late (7:00pm) and the place was locked up and we were not expected. The host eventually answered his phone and said that he was not expecting anybody as nobody had advised him of the booking. Wonderful view of the sea from the open deck. Very amiable hosts. Good braai facilities including wood, charcoal and firelighters.   As there were no other bookings in the main house Elisabeth the owner upgraded us to one of the better rooms upstairs and we had the whole house to ourselves. The house is beautifully decorated and great for a group as its self catering.   The B&B is in the middle of the village in an old house just across the church and within walking distance to most of the restaurants. If you love a modern room you will not feel comfortable. We felt very welcomed, although we only booked two hours prior to our arrival.   The manager who went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable by providing an extra room. The hotel is full of character and beautiful - rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you could need including bottled water. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious.   The apartment was lovely and quite large. We didn't use the pool since we weren't there that long. (An overnight stay.) The rooms were large and beautiful.   After a long drive from Gansbaii, we were delighted to arrive in this beautiful seaside house! It was late and dark and the owner was so welcoming and nice to us. The best place I have ever stayed in, it was really huge, nice, clean, well equipped (we had 3 rooms, kitchen and living room to ourselves for 2 persons!), parking right in front of the house and the owner is the sweetest person you can meet, who will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy there! Breakfast not promised in the price, but despite that we even had some yoghurt, fruit and cereals there, really perfect!
