  1. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. My card had a problem when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth. 2. Taxi fare is expensive and if you plan to catch the shuttle, you can even catch the train from OR Tambo to the mall, and get picked up - The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

  We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika. It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it. Excellent for an overnights... vad folk säger » tay. - Very clean and comfortable and over- the-top spacious. Everything a family would need for an extended stay (except a wine corkscrew). Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived late long after the office staff had gone home. The rooms are designed for self catering, very modern and rather chic. Its walking distance to local eateries so you don't need to drive. Its not too far from Johannesburg centre meaning evening events are accessible with no need to drive down ... vad folk säger » long endless motorways at night. security is quite fine.I would want to stay again. - Fabulous stay indeed. Guiet, ellegant, clean, neat, high standard house keeping, every equipment in working condition and of great quality. Warm welcome by friendly staff. Great bedding etc., infact everything was superb.   We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, their personal touch and attention for meticulous details makes it one of the best hotels we've stayed in.
