  1. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. My card had a problem when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth. 2. The place has a lovely gym - the facilities are generally lovely. 3. The FREE shuttle to Sandton City and other nearby attractions has got to be... wat mensen zeggen » an added plus! Taxi fare is expensive and if you plan to catch the shuttle, you can even catch the train from OR Tambo to the mall, and get picked up - The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

  We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika. It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it. Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.

  From the moment we set foot the staff was very friendly and treated us with kindness and respect. Resolved our issue swiftly and ethically. The room was nice, clean and warm.   The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived late long after the office staff had gone home. The rooms are designed for self catering, very modern and rather chic. Its walking distance to local eateries so you don't need to drive.   We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel.
