  If you stay at a hotel in Kazan, I strongly suggest you stay here. You won't find a better, more helpful staff. The hotel is very conveniently located and has a tourist map available at reception. Big help. Breakfast is plentiful and slightly varied every day. On the day of checkout our flight was cancelled and we were put on a flight later that n... vad folk säger » ight. The staff without us asking, offered us to keep our room free of charge till that time. That was outstanding hospitality. - I had a delightful large room, decorated in a splendid Venetian style. It felt like a room in an extremely high-end hotel, but for a mere $100 a night! The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Location is good for tourism, very close to the Kazan Kremlin entry gate.

  Everyone should visit Kazan and everyone should stay at Pushkin Hostel. The location is perfect and I was given a 4-bed dorm for the price of the 16-bed dorm and then I had the 4-bed dorm all to myself for four nights!!
