Det var rent och centralt, men bara det. - The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. Overall I was very happy with my dealings with them and the room was very well made up and comfortable. - Central position for historical sight seeing, in the Admiralty building and just by the Hermitage. Very helpful, kind staff.

Very friendly staff with good English. Super clean, separate showers and toilets which helps avoid queues. Comfy bunks in dorm room - didn't squeak and move around like most dorm bunks! Excellent location, practically next door to the Hermitage. Very pleased to see there is a lift as it's on 6th floor! -

The staff were friendly and helpful.

It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.
