Very friendly staff with good English. Super clean, separate showers and toilets which helps avoid queues. Comfy bunks in dorm room - didn't squeak and move around like most dorm bunks! Excellent location, practically next door to the Hermitage. Very pleased to see there is a lift as it's on 6th floor! -

Great location. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt.
Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

на несколько дней. для молодежи самый удобный вариант, находится в самом
центре, недалеко от метро. в здании около входа есть отличное кафе
"декабрист" как по оформлению интерьера так и по кухне. там
проходят завтраки, причем очень хорошие, сытные и вкусные. кроме
завтраков там же можно и пообедать и поужинать, причем достаточно
бюджетно и сытно. бесплатный Wi-Fi.

It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.
