We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

Very modern and stylish with a great location near the train and bus station. Very clean and comfortable with good control of the room via the tablet. Good internet connection throughout. Nice, reasonable meals in the restaurant.
The walk into the main square is about 10 mins and is very easy.
For those complaining about the lighting issues at night, there are bedside lamps with a switch that you can turn on without touching the tablet and also you can leave the mood lighting on in the bathroo

Just wonderful! Cozy design, feels like home. It is located in the center of Krakow but the windows look out on the courtyard so was very quite. Except some noises on a lower floor (from restaurant).

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. The apartment was really nice and in a very good location and had no noise from the street in the evening. We will definitely go back there. There is quite a lot of stairs like most of the old buildings in Krakow but it didn't bother us too much. -

I spent a whole week in this flat. Everything was very nice. The owner was very friendly and gave me some helpful ideas about what to do in Cracow. I didn't use the kitchen that much, because you can get good food in the city centre for a cheap price.
