The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. Very modern and stylish with a great location near the train and bus station. Very clean and comfortable with good control of the room via the tablet. Good internet connection throughout. Nice, reasonable meals in the restaurant.

I spent a whole week in this flat. Everything was very nice. The owner was very friendly and gave me some helpful ideas about what to do in Cracow. I didn't use the kitchen that much, because you can get good food in the city centre for a cheap price.
