  Mycket trevlig personal! Utmärkt service, bra med måltider som ingick i priset. Kändes väldigt personligt och hemtrevligt. - Excellent and very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location could not be better being very central to everything in town. - Location, Cleanliness- the room was spotless, the view from the the front ... vad folk säger » room- you have to pay for that but it worth, the pleasent stuff

  Everything! The lady who checked us in after being in transit for 38 hours was nothing but helpful and greeted us warmly. We were even informed that we were upgraded to a business class room which was greatly appreciated. We also had 2 separate bookings as we had 3 night tour booked and re-checking in when we had to was no problem at all. the brea... vad folk säger » kfast is fantastic with so much variety. Yes it can be busy at times but that is to be expected. The staff work efficiently to clear tables and assist - very nice staff and very good location. it locates the center of tromso and just 2 min walk from the central bus station. The facilities in hotel is good. I'm impressed with the sauna with amazing night view on the 10th floor...more importantly it's free!! Strongly recommend it! and the room rate is quite reasonable=D
