  This was a very nice condo hotel located on a ski mountain in the middle of the Fjord region of Norway. Everything about this property is on the high end of Norweign standards and at a reasonable price.   This was a great hotel, reminded me of a quality American hotel with large rooms, restaurants, and fitness facilities. The location was perfect for sightseeing in Bergen. We arrived at the train station after our Norway in a Nutshell tour and walked approx. 10 minutes to the hotel. It's right next to the picturesque Byrggen area and the flybussen ... vad folk säger » bus stops right at the hotel to bring you to the airport. Breakfast was fantastic and included in the rate. - The location is really excellent, very very close to Brygge, Bryggens Museum, Rosenkrantz Tarn and Akon Hall. Just outside the hotel there is the bus stop for the shuttle service to the Airport (with frequent rides every day). Breakfast is good and with a wide choice of food. The rooms we booked - two standard rooms - were sufficiently spacious, definitely clean and comfortable, though not very bright.

  Now this, for Norway was value for money. Staff were very friendly, nice atmosphere in the cafe/restaurant, best pizza I've ever had. Couldn't believe the room and the view from the full wall of window, 20 foot high. Everything really good, highly recommended. - The view of the lake and the mountains surrounding the town of Roldal was beautiful! ... vad folk säger » We liked that we could get a suite for the three of us so we had two bedrooms and could cook instead of eating out. There is a nice grocery store in town.
