Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.

Central location close to the station for early departure via airport express train. Within walking distance of pedestrian street and restaurants. Public transport to port area right outside, as well as using the metro. Staff helpful in printing boarding passes. Included breakfast at the Egon restaurant
across from the hotel was an adventure in navigation. Once there food presented had variety for all.

Jag blev uppgraderad till ett *väldigt* stort rum. Sängarna var bekväma, inredningen mycket snygg och frukosten utmärkt. När jag checkade ut frågade receptionisten om jag tyckt om vinet jag tagit från minibaren. När jag ställde mig tvekande till det (det hade inte varit särskilt gott) så drog han av kostnaden för det. Friendly smart attentive, and willing members of staff from check in to
check out. Staff were the best I have known, primarily as quite chilled
and not overly formal. I simply cannot stand any place where the staff
appear subservient. Here the balance was perfect. Cleanliness 10/10.
Top brand bathroom goods, and above all the hotel has a nice atmo

When I checked in to this Hotel i didn't like the first room I had, I am very particular in when it comes to colors of my sorounding specially when it comes to the colors of room or colors of the curtain( some people are just like this) I called the reception right away and asked them if they could give me another room with light soroudings...5 minutes later they gave me the room that was just perfect..excellent service..no wonder I am here when I am in Oslo.
