  The reception Staff were very polite and friendly, as were the staff in the restaurant too. Incidentally the Breakfast was also very nice with a wide selection too. The standard room was small but clean and very modern.   Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Gillade även att få frukosten i en påse vid dörren istället för att behöva passa frukosttider. - Mycket bra läge. Rent och snyggt. Bra duschrum. Mycket lämpligt för oss som vill kunna sova och sköta hygienen utan onödig lyx. Det centrala läget - intill T-bana och Karl Johann - är toppen.

  On arrival the staff at reception were very attentive, professional and were even nice enough to give me a room with balcony.   Good central location, easy to walk to all attractions from the hotel. The rooms were basic and small but clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price in Oslo it was excellent value for money. WIFI was fast. We didnt have breakfast here (95 krona) but wished we had, seeing as Oslo is such an expensive city, we went to a bakery and ended up pay... vad folk säger » ing 360 krona for the four of us, just for sandwiches and pastries. - My daughter and I loved Smart Hotel! Our room was so clean and comfortable 638. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and then went to Porsgrunn. Unfortunately we didn't book for our return stay and had to book into a different hotel :( as Smart Hotel was fully booked. Loved everything about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay - so friendly and welcoming, Will be back! xx
