  Excellent hotel in a great location on the river. Rooms were recently renovated and were lovely. We took 3 small children and the staff went out of their way to cater for us. Great restaurants close by. The pool was an excellent bonus. - Very nice hotel in a great location. Pool is fantastic. They have a kids play room also. The breakfast was ... vad folk säger » awesome.   We loved room 541 with its panoramic view over Trondheim. We much appreciated being able to take up our room at 9.30 am. The breakfast is just outrageously "wicked". - I liked the location on the water and the modern design of the guest room and public spaces. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

  City Living Hotel Lipp is part of a small group of only three establishments. By chance - and by luck - I stayed at two of them, in Trondheim and Tromso, and regret I could not try the third one, in Mo i Rana: I have rarely enjoyed such a fine hospitality! In both places, the reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving a truly warm... vad folk säger » welcome, way beyond professional obligations; rooms were bright and spacious, with typical Nordic, simple and elegant decoration; the location is cen - This is a great hotel, with all the vital amenities, take away all the stuff that you'd rather not pay for. For the low cost price, I was surprised by how great the interior design and quality of the room was. Fantastic! Be aware they do not serve breakfast, which is why the price is so cheap, but I see that as a plus.
