  Jag blev uppgraderad till ett *väldigt* stort rum. Sängarna var bekväma, inredningen mycket snygg och frukosten utmärkt. När jag checkade ut frågade receptionisten om jag tyckt om vinet jag tagit från minibaren. När jag ställde mig tvekande till det (det hade inte varit särskilt gott) så drog han av kostnaden för det.   Stayed for a weekend, booked a standard double room for one person via letsbookhotel.com. Nice price, 1800 nok for two nights including breakfast. Finding the hotel is easy, it's next to Stortinget in the centre of Oslo. I contacted the hotel in advance of my arrival, asking for a room with a window towards the street. They responded - Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.

Location of hotel is good, close to the main train station, but not adjacent, and within easy walking distance to shopping and city sites.
