  Wonderful host who couldnt have done more for us.. we left a bottle of wine in the fridge and she went to great effort to get it back to us.   The caring attention of the owners, the very comfortable bed and bath, both appeared very new. They are constantly working on improving your experience. Stepping out the door to a wonderful view; walking easily into the village or out on the point. ... vad folk säger » One could easily spend a week there and come home rested and relaxed. It began my 3&1/2 week vacation in NZ on a high. Thank you again, - This is a new venture for Kylie and Luke, and is still being developed.when we stayed they had one large bedroom ensuite finished. We had a guest lounge with the tea, coffee facilities and continental breakfast . The free wifi was constant and no problems. Kylie and Luke were friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area,the B and B is in a good position for the facilities at kaikoura, and the White Morph served a wonderful meal. Good luck with their venture, they are so enthusiastic.

  Everything was great. The manager was really friendly and showed us around the room. Amazing fireplace and modern decor. Very eco friendly. Highly recommended!! - It was great. The people were really nice and the apartment really couldn't get any better. Loved the gas fire and the spa bath. Excellent!

  Our stay at The Kaikoura Gateway Motor Lodge began with an easy check in at which time the owner upgraded us to a one bedroom free of charge. Nice!! The suite was spacious and well laid out with a well appointed kitchen and there was a walk out to a balcony with chairs and a table. The location was easy walking distance to town so we walked there ... vad folk säger » to pick up dinner at a local fish and chip shop - blue cod grilled to perfection! Try the bbq shack down by the beach - we had crayfish (lobster) and - Excellent staff... The owners were helpful and informative, and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. It far exceeded the usual tourist motel accommodation in NZ. There was also a playground opposite in alarge park for the kids to expend energy. Excellent accommodation, don't even consider anywhere else.

  All the facilities were very opulent. The breakfast was excellant. We didn't get a chance to sample the culinary delights but this was not a problem as we were warned in advance.
