The chef of Brasserie Brugel on duty 16 March 2008 should be congratulated for the outstanding quality of the dish (praws with Chinese spring roll) prepared and the white Italian wine seletion. - The staff were sooo friendly and helpful, the hotel was lovely

  The staff was outstanding. They really treated us like royalty the wholetime we were there. They were most informative and accomodating. I wouldstay there again, definitely. - Service was splendid!

  The front desk phoned us once we went to our room just to ask if everything was to our wishes - Although I had a printed confirmation, the hotel had no record of my booking. Fortunately there were plenty of rooms availkable. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful in sorting things out. They deserve commendation.

The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room.   we found all the staff very accomadating in all our special requests, hotel was right in the certre of town. Staff even contacted us about returning a lost ring - The staff made it a very relaxing stay and were extremely helpful
