  The front desk phoned us once we went to our room just to ask if everything was to our wishes - Although I had a printed confirmation, the hotel had no record of my booking. Fortunately there were plenty of rooms availkable. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful in sorting things out. They deserve commendation.

  Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room.   The hotel was brilliant, It was in the town centre near to all the restaurants, bars and shops. It is also opposite the cinema and train station. Everything is within a 5 minutes walk. Although it is in the centre the room is nice an quiet. All staff are friendly, the rooms were very clean, big and modern and very trendy.
