One lift seems inadequate at times to cater for the need of the Guests and the Cleaning staff and the stairs will test your fitness if you get impatient waiting.   The location is quite good - you just need to take tram 1 from Amsterdam Centraal train station and in 20 min go out at Eerste Constantjin station. Then in some 300 metres along the street which is opposite to the street with trams, there's a hotel in glass building. It was eady enough to find the way into the building but not inside it. The location is great. Close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It is also a quick tram ride to major attractions. Amadi Park hotel was easy to locate as was reception. Not sure why others had difficulty finding it, as instructions given were quite clear. Nespresso machine & drinks in mini bar containing 2 of the following drinks coke, beer & water) were provided for free which is an added bonus.
