  My room on 1st floor (6) was airy, clean, bright and nicely-decorated. Good air conditioning, pleasant (if slightly cramped) bathroom and shower. The building is well-maintained and characterful, with a very relaxed feel, and the staff are helpful and speak good English. It's also next door to a couple of good restaurants (Hamadi, the olde - The staff were always extremely helpful with any questions I had. Most spoke French, Arabic, Spanish and English which makes it easy for international travelers. The breakfast in the morning is a bit pricey but it's a great way to start your day if you're not in a rush. The patio where you eat is really nice in the mornings if the weather is good.   We found one of the reception-foyer staff so helpful. He carried our four cases to our 3 separate rooms; helped me park and exit my large car in the small hotel garage;advised us on shopping and places of interest;arranged a surprise taxi tour of Tangier and surrounding area, all without holding his hand out for payment. Tasty dinners. - Mustafa at front desk was incredibly helpful overall, especially re: my luggage which didn't arrive on my flight into Casblanca before we took train to Tangier. He helped suggest where to buy some clothes, helped with phone calls to the airlines and shared other tips to help. The location made our daily walks to the Medina and other highlights easy, and the room was very comfortable at a great price.

  All is very very nice and thank you so much Mr Khalel f&b manger he was very profisinal and so kind all the staff perfect - Check in staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location was good. A great choice for a short stay.

  The size and decor of the rooms and of the hotel were great. The pool and the pool garden were wonderfully relaxing. Close proximity to both port and train station. - Nice, big and comfortable room.   Our favourite hotel, revisiting after a break of approx. 12 years. It belongs to another age (a living museum). Has none of the modern expectations of lifts to the various floors, swimming pool, piped music etc. Belongs to its wonderful setting at the edge of the Tangier Medina with a wonderful view of the Bay of Tangier and the port. Perhaps,... vad folk säger » because of its lack of modernity it remains remarkably cheap. - This hotel was absolutely beautiful! It is a wonderful deal. You can tell that previously the hotel was much grander, but it is still a great place. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and could speak many languages, and the breakfast was in a beautiful room with an outstanding view overlooking the sea! I would definitely stay here again.

  Arguably one of the best hotels hotels I have ever stayed at with the absolute best customer service I have ever received. The staff was BEYOND helpful and willing to help us with whatever we needed. They even had a driver for hire, Khalid, who was truly an amazing person. The rooms were always spotless and cleaned every day. Our clothes were folded and they even was - I have been to many places in different countries. Mnar Castle is one of the very good choices. The Receptionist girl was thorough professional who handled many guests at the same time. Facilities were excellent. Construction was new and apartment as well as stuff was fresh and clean. location is also best as it oversees a unique place where two oceans meet. lovely morning and evening view.

  We arrived by Taxi and am glad he knows where this Riad is. Sometimes, they don't know where each Riad is and we have to find it by foot somewhere near the medina. We were greeted by the most smiley and happy Mostafa at the door and he was above and beyond in helping us get oriented with the town and where to go eat and mapped it all out for us. W... vad folk säger » e were only spending one night to lay over for our ferry back to Tarifa but he spent quite a bit of time to research when the first boat leaves becaus - The Riad was absolutely amazing. The decoration is exquisite and very morrocan. All the tiles are amazing. Our room was lovely with decoration and a huge double bed. The dressing gowns for using the shared bathroom were also a great thought. The staff were all really helpful, but the manager in particular went out of his way to give us recommendations. He helped us organise our guide Mostafa which was perfect for us as two women. We definitely wouldn't have found as good a guide without Idris's

  The rooms were large and we had a seafront room with a large balcony. Large beds (actually 2 pushed together) that can easily be made twin beds. Large bathroom with a bathtub. The swimming pool was being prepared for the summer during our visit but looked nice. Plenty of choice for breakfast. The hotel is at the far end of Tangier beach, so a car or taxi required to get to the medina, shops and restaurants. There was a m - I loved the facilities. The room was big, with two bathrooms and all the little things that make tourists happy (robes, slippers, body lotion, etc.) Very fancy hotel! The breakfast was okay. The hotel is next to the beach and has a swimming pool. That part of the beach is not very clean though.
